Opera Brava brings together a cast of national and international singers to perform this much loved opera. This professional and dynamic company are thrilled to be coming to Stanley Hall for the first time with their enchanting production of La Boheme. This will be an evening not to be missed!

Set in Paris in the 1830s among a group of impoverished  Bohemians, the opera centres around the tragic love affair between the seamstress, Mimi, and Rodolfo, a poet. Frivolity, joy, tenderness and sorrow are all expressed in the wonderful music of this most treasured of operas. La Bohème is a masterpiece and is undoubtedly Puccini’s finest score.

 Opera Brava brings with them a professional chamber ensemble under the talented direction of Robert Bottriell.

This fully staged performance will be sung in English.
