EXCITING NEWS

Opera Brava are thrilled to announce their new commission of Peter Pan, an opera for both adults and children, to be launched in schools this autumn.

The wonderfully talented composer, Jenny Gould and the Artistic Director Bronek Pomorski are busy working on the project as I write, which we are hoping will be launched at GOSH (Great Ormond Street Hospital), before moving on to work in Primary schools, benefitting not only the children involved in the project but all the audiences that will be able to come and see this wonderful new Opera.

the UK’s family-friendly, professional touring company.

Opera Brava encourages young audiences to enjoy this dynamic artform – through their prestigious and unique Education Work and by coming to see and hear the professional performances.  Sitting outside, in beautiful gardens, eating picnics and triggering a love that will last a lifetime.

Opera Brava’s productions are for everyone from 2 – 92!

Changing lives with the power of music

Our work in schools lifts school children from the classroom into a magical and safe space to create and perform an opera. In this new world they find confidence, new skills and hidden talents that transform their lives and education.

“Head Teachers who have worked with us, told us that they had their best Sats scores ever following a week with Opera Brava. One of many incredible and what might seem unexpected outcomes. The reality is - music has extraordinary powers” Amanda Pomorski, Founder, Opera Brava
